Communication
Communication is incredibly important in Kasa's culture.
We have monthly 15-minute all-employee meetings to discuss the previous month's results and to welcome new employees.
Employee surveys are sent out twice a year to track employee engagement.
Once a year, every employee is invited to a small group conversation with our CEO to help us understand what you think is working and where we can improve.
